Travis Lanning

Travis Lanning, an entrepreneur and real estate investor, began his career in oil and gas in 2005 as an independent Landman. Travis later joined MEC as Vice President of Land. Following a desire to diversify, Travis left the corporate world in 2016 and founded his own oil and gas companies. Travis was responsible for managing the development, acquisition, divestiture, and due diligence of projects over 2 Billion dollars throughout his oil and gas career.

With the sharp decline of oil prices in early 2020, Travis opted to diversify his holdings into real estate. Travis significantly grew his real estate portfolio in just over a year by utilizing his capital and strategic partnerships.

Travis and his wife, Courtney, have two children, Jackson and Harper. Travis enjoys spending his spare time in the outdoors hunting and fishing, but most of all traveling anywhere in the Caribbean with his family.

Jaiven Thompson

Jaiven Thompson is a West Texas native who owns and operates several local businesses including Rafter T Remodeling and Construction, Rafter T Properties, Riata Vista Land Holdings, SWAT Pest Control, and Raider Lending Solutions.

Jaiven is an active member of Church on the Rock in Lubbock. He enjoys spending his spare time with family and in the mountains.

Travis Turner

Travis Turner was born in Lubbock, TX in 1991. Attending Frenship School District, playing basketball for a season at Lubbock Christian University, and eventually graduating from Texas Tech University in 2015 with a triple major in business, real estate was naturally the next step. The fall of 2015, while doubling as a bouncer by night, and real estate agent by day, real estate showed its true colors and ability to create a career. That path was chosen, and the rest is history. Over hundreds of transactions later, top real estate team in West Texas 3 years in a row with over 140 million in production, #1 listing agent in 2022 for transactions, and owning over 150 properties… starting a real estate brokerage was next on the agenda.

Now covering Lubbock, Midland, Dallas/Forth Worth, and several other locations, real estate has been an amazing path. Travis' passion now lies in training new agents, and helping others to unlock their full potential, and change their lives for the better. According to Travis, real estate is not just a career/job, but a lifestyle, and it’s worth living.
